Manage Access Requests
Important
Only organization owners can manage access requests.
Grant and Deny Access
Consumers can request access to products on the landing page. If you are an organization owner and you want to grant or deny access to a product:
In the provider view home screen, select Access Requests.
Find a request.
Click Grant Access or Deny Access.
Note
Only consumer role can be assigned using Portal. Advanced user management needs to be carried out in SwaggerHub.
Note
Your plan and number of seats determine how many users you can invite. Portal Pro adds advanced Portal features but does not increase seat count. Single-user plans do not support invitations. To invite others, upgrade your plan.
Search
Use the search engine to filter requests from the list.
Requests History
To view past requests, click Requests History. This page shows all resolved requests with the type of action taken (access granted or access denied).
